He was surrounded by his loving family and friends after a brave fight with cancer. He is the son of Stephen Andrew & Caleen Carter Williams. Braxton has always been a fighter, when he was 3 years old, he was diagnosed with cancer and fought it and beat it. Until 2020 when he was diagnosed with cancer for the second time, he bravely and fearlessly fought. Braxton has always had a love for Spiderman, he saw himself as a hero battling cancer and trying to inspire people along the way. Braxton had a non-apologetic confidence about himself, and it drew people towards him wherever he went. Braxton found a love of soccer through his Dad, they would go to Real soccer games together. Braxton played soccer throughout his High School years. Braxton enjoyed going to Grizzlies Hockey games as a family. Braxton loved to pack things in his pockets and anytime you needed a pen you could always count on Braxton having one. The other things he loved to pack around with him were his fanny pack and his monkey, who was named “Monkey”. He has had it with him since he was 3 years old. He took it with him to every doctor’s appointment and Monkey would stay with him in the hospital and get shots and IVs with him. Braxton loved to tell stories, so much that he had been creating a book about his life. All he wanted in his life was to inspire people and aspire to be the best version of himself. Braxton had a love for music and no matter where he was, he would always start dance parties. Braxton was a social butterfly and loved meeting new people. If you had met Braxton, you were instantly his friend. In the last 3 years, Braxton has gone through a lot and has always had the best attitude and a simple love for life. He didn’t need much to be happy. He touched so many lives and cherished the relationships he had. He was loved by all and will be missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his Mother Caleen Williams, his Sister Kelsey (Zach) Harris, & his brother Jaden Williams (a cancer survivor); Grandmas, Phyllis Bendixsen, and LaVerna Carter; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by Stephen Andrew Williams (Father), Caitlynn Williams (Sister), Carolyn Carter (Aunt), Carolee Carter (Aunt), Jerry D Carter (Grandpa), Lynwood Stephen Williams (Grandpa), and Blaine Dee Bendixsen (Grandpa). Viewings will be held Friday, April 7, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 pm, & Saturday, April 8, 2023, from 9:00-10:30 am, Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 am at the Welby Church House, 8385 S 4800 W West Jordan, Utah 84088.
