Patricia Lee Johnson

Patricia Lee Johnson, age 72, passed away on October 18th, 2021 in her home in Riverton, UT with her family. She was born in Salt Lake City, UT to Patrick Gamingasco and Ida Bair. She married Dennis Weber in Salt Lake City, UT in 1969 and later divorced. She then married Robert E Johnson and later divorced. Patricia hitchhiked with her friend Pam heading to California when she was 18 years old and got a job cleaning hotels where she met famous rock stars. She then returned to Utah where she met and married Dennis, and ran a successful childcare business out of her home while raising her three children John, Tami, and Patrick Weber. She was involved in the LDS church and was sealed to Dennis and her children. After her divorce from Dennis she attended schooling to become a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and worked at many different facilities and home health services. During this time she met and married Robert and gave birth to her fourth child Cynthia. Patricia enjoyed loud music and singing. Her classic rock could be heard down the street. She also enjoyed cooking/baking, crocheting, and sewing. She enjoyed the outdoors when she was younger and had a great interest and love for animals and her fish. She was always entertained by true crime tv shows and books. In 2006, she fell and broke her left hip which then aided in her health declining along with her diabetes. In her later years she fought through many instances of pain and disabilities that greatly impacted her life. She was very strong and courageous to deal with her declining health. She was resilient with a tremendously caring heart. She will be greatly missed by all those who have known her. We love you mom. Patricia is survived by her children Johnny (Melissa) Weber, Tamara (Robert) Hagen, Patrick (Vanessa) Weber, Cynthia (Erek) Winnett, 17 grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, her sister Colleen Winther, and many nieces and nephews. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Ida, her siblings Geraldine Winters, Joy Palmer, and David Gamingasco. A Private Viewing for close family members will take place on Friday October 22nd at 11:00am at Serenity Funeral Home, 13863 S 2700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84065. A graveside service that same day will be held at the Lindon City Cemetery at 1:00pm 600 N 200 E St. Lindon, UT 84042 where all friends and family are welcome.
