There are moments in our life that define us, that shift our world off its axis. July 16, 2020 for our family was one of those days. Jayden was in a tragic accident in St. George, Utah he left this world on Friday July 17,2020 at 2:38pm. Jayden was a donor; this is something our family has always supported and advocated. If our son can live on in someone else maybe something good can come out of this tragedy. Jayden was born 11/12/1999 in Murray, Utah. He is survived by his parents Raymond and Daynene Washburn Snyder, siblings Jesse (Kaitlyn) Snyder, Brittany (Jeff) Robertson, Nieces and Nephews Seth Robertson, Kloie Carpenter, Koplin Carpenter, Ledoux Snyder, Lakota Snyder, Kayson Robertson, Laynee Snyder, and Lux Snyder, Grandparents Waldo and Kenra Martinez, Jean Hillman, John Newby, and Carole Washburn. Uncle Shylo Martinez, Aunt Melinda (Randy) Chatwin, Uncle Aquina (Jeanie) Martinez, Uncle Blaise Martinez, Uncle Christopher (Trisha) Phillips, Aunt Amy Winn, cousins Nicole (Aaron) Hemsley, Deston Chatwin, Breanna Chatwin, AJ Martinez, Nydalia Martinez, Raige Martinez, Duke Hemsley, and Colt Hemsley He is proceeded in death by his grandfather, Blaine Washburn, Melyssa Washburn (aunt), grandmother Glena Newby, grandfather Ivan Washburn, and grandfather Dale Snyder Jayden has so many extended “family” that has influenced his life in his short 20 years. We are forever grateful for their love and guidance they have given Jayden. John and Ellen Coolidge family, Beck and Michelle Locey, his best friends Calvin Montague, Benny Locey and longtime childhood friend Emily Avalos. His beautiful Fiancé Ke’ana Huffman that for the last year has put up with Jayden and his adventurous antics without much of a fight, she has supported him and loved him unconditionally for the past year. Jayden touched so many lives with his quick wit, infectious smile, and the ability to make those laugh who were around him. His spirit will live on through all our wonderful memories and through the eyes of his sweet nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the St. George UHP for going beyond the call of duty to help our son. Their love and kindness have been a blessing. Services will be held August 1, 2020 at 11 am, LDS Stake Center at 140 S Main St Monroe, UT 84754 Graveside to immediately to follow. Friends and family can call 1 hour before at 10 am. Services provided by Serenity Funeral Home of Draper, UT.
