Leonatte Pamela Paupea Haina May 9, 1956 - September 30, 2015 "I need thy presence ev'ry passing hour. What but thy grace can foil the tempter's pow'r? Who, like thyself, my guide and stay can be? Thru cloud and sunshine, Lord, abide with me!" Our beloved Mother,Leonatte has returned back home to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. Leonatte was born May 9, 1956 in Honolulu Hawai'i. Her parents are Levi Kalani Haina Sr. and Rose Paupea Hanohano Haina. She was the 7th of 8 siblings; Rosiegail Haina, Levi Haina Jr., Barbara Blackwell, Erlinda haina, Charles Haina, Wallace Haina & Levette Harris. Leonatte attended Farrington High School in Kalihi where she met and married her high school sweet-heart Siale Tonga Angilau. Their marriage was later solemnized for all time and eternity in the Salt Lake Temple, March 1981. Leonatte served a Mission 2004-2006 and was called to labor in the Nuku'alofa, Tonga Mission. She served in Lulunga, Numuka, Niua Fo'ou, Niua, Toputapu. Leonatte was a Kind ,loving and selfless daughter of our Heavenly father. Her smile and warm spirit was contagious. She devoted her life to her children; daughter, Mele'eleni Teaupa (Samiu), son, Amanakilelei Angilau (Letetia Feula), son, Nephi Angilau (Chrissy Tu'iono) & daughter, Siulolovao Lomu (Joe). Her pride and joy were Her Grandchildren: Amanakilelei Jr., Sister Emeryne Angilau (who is currently serving in the Alberta, Canada Mission, Leina'ala Ama, Lehua Langi, (Mone), Sariah King, Jordan King, Keali'i Angilau, Keiliana Lomu, Rose Lomu, Marley Angilau, Keilene King, Chris Angilau, Kawika Angilau, Saia Angilau, Siale Angilau, Naki Angilau, Warren King, Papa Lomu, Luni Teaupa, Alyshia, Monique and Tesa King. Leonatte, loved to serve others, it made her happy to see others happy. She is a mother with a heart full of love! Mom, this is not the end, but the begining of eternity! Goodnight our beautiful Hawaiian Queen, Sleep well and we will see you in the morning. Preceded in death by; her loving parents;sisters: Rosiegail, Barbara, Erlinda, & Levette, her brothers: Levi,and Charles, survived by her brother, Wallace her children and grandchildren. And many nieces and nephews. Services are under the loving care of Peni and Shelly Malohifo'ou of Serentity Funeral Home Funeral Services will be held:Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Riverton 24th Tongan Ward, Located at 12691 S 3600 W. West of the Riverton Hospital. A Viewing will be from 9-11:30 a.m. Funeral Services will follow at 12-1 p.m. The burial will be at the Redwood Memorial Cemetry.
