Seini 'Ionita Pasi Vamanrav

Seini 'Ionita Vamanrav, 65, passed away with her love ones by her side on May 26th 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Seini was born the eldest amongst 11 children, She was born to the late Viliami and Sanilaita Pasi, she graduated top of her class from Liahona High School, she then continued her education at The Church College of Hawaii. She was one of the first Tongans to graduate with a BA degree in English, there she met the love of her life and her Eternal companion the late Elder Pita Ranchod Vamanrav. They were married and sealed for all time and eternity in the La'ie Temple on July 3rd 1971. Seini was a mother, grandmother, teacher and a friend to people across the globe. She is survived by 8 children and 7 grandchildren, Tanya Williams (John) Leatalua, Seini, Sunshya, Falaniko, Pita, Sunshya Sanft (Otto) Heleine, Ranchod Chintamani Vamanrav, Suliana Latu Pasi, Harilala Ofiu Vamanrav, Paul Ke-Aloha Faka'osi, Viliami Pasi Vamanrav, Seini 'Ionita Vamanrav, Amber Derica Vamanrav. Preceeded in death by Elder Pita Ranchod Vamanrav, Sanchia Vamanrav, Tania Faifekau Vamanrav, John Jr. Williams. There will be a wake held in her honor at the chapel located at 4444 West Early Duke, West Valley on May 30th 2014 from 6pm -10pm, and a viewing on May 31st from 8:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the same address May 31st from 1pm -2pm Interment will follow at Redwood Memorial Estates Services under the direction of Peni Malohifo'ou of Serenity Funeral Home
