Belva Zina Yates Fredrickson Iverson died in her sleep early Thursday morning, May 13, 2021 in Lehi, Utah. She was born in Tooele, Utah September 5, 1928 to Hyrum Isaaac and Zina Oborn Yates. Belva was married to Marvin Ellis Fredrickson (deceased Mar 10, 1965) on September 5, 1946 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They had six children together. Belva married Wallace LeRoy Iverson March 6, 1970. Belva was an accomplished seamstress providing bridal gowns and bridal dresses and clothing. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, cooking and gardening. She was a member and officer of the Shubert Singers. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and held various callings in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She joined many bowling leagues, played in Bridge clubs and enjoyed Pinochle. She received an Associates Degree in Business at Stevens-Henager College, was the manager of Brookstone Apartments in Las Vegas, NV and was proud to be called wife, mother, grandmother and great grand mother. Belva was preceded in death by her son, Marvin Ellis Jr., her daughter Mellanie Kay, her husband Marvin, her parents, her husband Wallace, her step son Bradley, her step daughter Julee (Ken Hansen) and five of her six siblings, Norman, Theron, Marvin, Dwain and LaVon. She is survived by her brother Don Yates, her children Renee (Lloyd) Manning, Paul (Melissa) Fredrickson, Catherine (Brett) Ferguson, Thomas (Susie) Fredrickson, step daughter Laurie Iverson. Her grandchildren, Justin (Lisa) Manning, Bryan Manning, Michael (Shawnie) Manning, Kimberly (McLane) Lawrence, Stephanie (Patrick) Brooks, Rebecca (Ian) Duncan, Lindsey Fredrickson, Olivia (Miles) Gallegos, Jason Fredrickson, Mindy (Logan) Pebworth, Michaela (Kevin) Bell, Marc Ferguson, Ashley, Zachary and Brittany Fredrickson, Courtney (David) Montrose, Jeremy Fredrickson, Rachael Iverson, David Iverson, Krissy Hansen and Kari Hansen, Her great grand children Cole, Mason, Kinley, Ty, Jaysa, Rorie, Ayden, Sofia, Elijah, London, Jonah, Aubrey, Austin, Jackson, Harper, Roarke, Chandler and Afton. Services will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021. Viewing from 10:00am to 11:30am. Funeral at 12:00 noon at the Church Building located at 663 West 400 North, Saratoga Springs, Utah of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
