Dean Laray Bingham March 10, 1929 – October 26, 2014 Dean Laray Bingham passed away on October 26, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on March 10, 1929 in Kanesville, Utah to John Henry Bingham and Flora Phoebe McBride. He married Velma Louise Dugat on July 8, 1955 in Corpus Christi, Texas. They were sealed in the Arizona Temple on December 19, 1955. He worked as a computer programmer and retired in 1991. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His greatest pleasure was being an organist in the church and playing the music for many funerals. He was sought after as an organist for funerals by many of his friends and his talents will be missed. His second greatest pleasure was serving with Louise as LDS volunteers at the Decker Lake Juvenile Detention Facility. Our boys there will miss him so much. He is survived by his wife Louise, son Patrick Bingham, daughters Karen Wallace (Chuck), Nancy Chapman (Keith), grandchildren Chris Bingham, Amber Arnovick, Adam Arnovick, and Jamie Wallace and great grandsons Gabriel McKissick and Kayden Rogers. Preceded in death by son Michael. Funeral services will be on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 11:00am at the Cottonwood 8th Ward Building, 6301 South 2300 East. Friend may call at the church Friday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the service Interment at Mountain View Memorial Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights.
