Genie Lynn McKinney Gamble
June 14, 1967 - March 29, 2018
Genie Lynn McKinney Gamble, passed away on Thursday, March 29th 2018, in Salt Lake City UT. She was born in Salt Lake City Utah to David Luther Mckinney and Judy Anne Davis. She married the love of her life Dennis (Dean) Gamble on May 31, 1990. Genie was so proud of her accomplishment of getting both her G.E.D and her High School Diploma while being a Wife and Mother. She later went on to earn her Associates degree as a Pastry Chef. Genie loved to create with her hands and shared her love through the baked goods and crafts she made. When Genie was younger she was a beautiful model and had many opportunities to succeed. She was tall, thin and full of Sass. You always knew where you stood with her and she rarely held anything back. She was a pistol. Genie loved being married to her husband Dennis (Dean) Gamble who passed away a few short years before her. Her heart ached daily for him and we know she returned to his loving arms where they will be able to comfort one another. She loved her children desperately and will leave an everlasting whole in all of their hearts. Genie will be deeply missed by her children. Genniffer Gamble (daughter), Nina Gamble (daughter), Jerremy Gamble (son), Ted Gamble (son), Sisters Carole McKinney Campin (Alan), Joy McKinney Zoellner and Tammy Mckinney Ballard (David). Genie will be missed by her 7 Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews who she loved. She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis (Dean) Gamble, Father David Luther McKinney, Mother Judy Anne Davis and Brother Ted Alfred McKinney. Please join us for a celebration of life ceremony for Genie on Saturday April 7, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00pm. We ask that you please dress in jeans, as this is who Genie was.
