TOIATA KALOLAINE VAENUKU "BABY TEE" 11/2/2004 - 5/9/2017 Toiata Kalolaine Vaenuku, also know to everyone as "Baby Tee", was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, niece and friend. She returned to our Heavenly Father on May 9, 2017, in St. George, UT. She was 12 years old. Toiata was born on November 2, 2004 in Salt Lake CIty, UT, to Steven and Silia Vaenuku and was joyfully welcomed as the oldest child in her family. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where her testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ, was strengthened while actively involved in the Young Women program. Toiata was a sweet and humble young lady. Having been born of goodly parents, she was very responsible and respectful with everything that she did. She was a great influence to all her cousins and friends, but most importantly to her younger brothers and sister. Toiata cared for and protected them as an older sister would; always catering to their needs and putting others first. She was blessed with so many talents - singing and dancing to name a few; but her athletic abilities drew her to softball. She loved playing and had gained so many awesome families and teammates that will miss her dearly, especially her current team, Santa Clara Warriors, when her family moved to St. George. Toiata's witty personality and bright spirit brought so much joy and love into the lives of her family and those who were captivated by her infectious smile and natural beauty. Her short life has made a huge imprint on the hearts of those around her and all who have known her. We will miss you Baby Tee and will hold on to cherished memories until we meet again! Toiata is survived by her loving parents, Steven and Silia, her handsome brothers Efoti, Kaufana, and Isoa, her beautiful sister Joyceann, both her grandparents Inoke and Henilieta Vaenuku and 'Isikeli and Valu Haunga, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family whom she loved. A viewing service will be held Friday, May 19th at the Sunset 2nd Ward from 6 -10pm, 82 N. Dixie Drive, St. George, UT. Services will be at the same chapel the following day at 11am. Interment will be held at the Ivins City Cemetary, 200 W 400 N, Ivins, UT. Services are under the direction of Uncle Peni Malohifo'ou of Serenity Funeral Homes St. George, Utah.
