Eryn Le Vaughn

Eryn Le Vaughn April 15, 1974 - March 25, 2022 On March 25, 2022, Eryn stopped fighting so she could return home to be with her loved ones who were patiently waiting on the other side. Eryn fought for everything she had and everything she wanted for both herself and her boys. Eryn stood strong through all the hardships and heartbreaks that came her way and although she may not have seen it, she beat it all and rose to the top. Eryn had such a big heart and was kind to everyone she met. She spent time fostering both relatives and other children that were in the system, and she did everything she could to provide for them. Eryn welcomed anyone into her home whether you were friends or family. We are all privileged to be loved by such an amazing person. Eryn was smart, beautiful, kind, and funny! She was also firm in her beliefs and morals and would gladly put you in your place when needed. Eryn is survived by her three sons; Arik Vaughn, Alix Vaughn, and Chad DeVaughn, her granddaughter; Athena, her grandson; Ares, her dad; William ‘Rocky’ Rhodes, sisters; Tannis (DJ) Martinez & Maida Vaughn, brother; Tyson (Amber) Rhodes, her Aunt; Patti (Ven) Savage, her Uncle; Richard ‘Sandy’ Rhodes, her grandmother; Lela (Roger) Cousineau, & many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Eryn has two very special best friends who became her ‘sisters from other misters,’ Melissa Koplin and Michelle Coulombe. These two women and their families brought so much joy to Eryn’s life and became a huge part of her family. She is preceded in death by her beautiful mother; Kathyrn Joyce Rhodes, brothers; Patrik Vaughn & Jason Rhodes, her grandfather; Pat Brown, and her grandmother; Maida Vaughn. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on April 2, 2022 beginning at 2pm in Tooele, UT at 270 West Vine Street, 84074. We will be in the pavilion on the south west side of the park. Some of our family members who will be in attendance are LDS, so please be respectful of their beliefs and be mindful of your language. This celebration will be a potluck, so if you want to bring a side dish, dessert, or drinks please do. The hosts have asked that no alcohol be brought to this celebration.
